We’re Hiring | HostessJoin the luxury retail world at Printemps Doha and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium dining and retail environment.We are looking for a Hostess who is passionate about customer service, hospitality, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.Key Responsibilities:* Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.* Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.* Manage reservations and maintain accurate booking records.* Organize seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow and efficient table turnover.* Handle waitlists and communicate estimated waiting times professionally.* Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize seating and guest satisfaction.* Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.* Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.Requirements:* 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hospitality, or luxury environment.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Professional appearance and positive attitude.* Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.* Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.📍 Willing to relocate to company accommodation📌 Available for immediate joining📌 Must have NOC for transfer
