قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجKey Responsibilities:• Welcome and greet all guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.• Create a positive first impression that reflects the luxury standards of the venue.• Manage guest reservations, bookings, waiting lists, and table allocations.• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.• Coordinate closely with Captains, Waiters, Restaurant Managers, Guest Relations, and Reservations teams.• Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements according to reservations and operational requirements.• Handle guest requests, special occasions, VIP arrivals, and seating preferences professionally.• Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate updates to the relevant departments.• Manage guest flow during busy periods, especially during dinner service and nightlife operations.• Ensure the entrance, reception, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.• Assist with VIP and special-event arrangements.• Provide accurate information about restaurant concepts, menus, operating hours, events, and entertainment.• Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and refer complex issues to the appropriate manager.• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.• Follow company policies, service standards, safety procedures, and boat-specific operational guidelines.• Support the team in delivering a seamless luxury dining and nightlife experience.• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.Requirements:• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or similar hospitality position.• Experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, hotels, clubs, or nightlife venues is preferred.• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Professional, confident, friendly, and welcoming personality.• Excellent customer-service and guest-handling skills.• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.• Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.• Strong attention to detail and professional telephone etiquette.• Presentable appearance with excellent grooming standards.• Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.• Ability to handle VIP guests and special requests discreetly and professionally.• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.• Willingness to work in a floating-boat environment and adapt to changing operational requirements.
