Job Description:Hostess – Cool Inc | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Hostess to join our hospitality team in Riyadh.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests from the moment they arrive, while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival.Manage guest seating and ensure an efficient table flow.Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries professionally.Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records.Coordinate closely with the Service and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.Assist with guest requests and provide knowledgeable information about the restaurant.Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.Ensure the entrance, hostess station, and guest areas are always clean and presentable.Support the team during busy services and special events.Requirements:Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.What We’re Looking For:A confident and welcoming personality, strong attention to detail, and someone who genuinely enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Setting: On-site
