The successful candidate will create a welcoming and memorable first impression, ensuring guests are greeted warmly, registered appropriately, and directed to the relevant person or department.The Showroom Hostess plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional hospitality, managing visitor flow, and supporting the showroom team in delivering a seamless and professional client journey.Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome all visitors and clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.Understand the purpose of each visitor's appointment or visit and direct them to the appropriate salesperson, designer, department, or manager.Notify relevant team members of guest arrivals and ensure timely assistance.Manage the showroom reception and waiting area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.Offer refreshments to clients and guests in accordance with company hospitality standards.Maintain a visitor log and record client information where required.Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting areas for client appointments.Escort guests throughout the showroom when necessary and facilitate introductions to relevant team members.Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.Respond to general showroom inquiries and provide basic information about products, services, and departments.Support showroom events, product launches, VIP visits, and customer hospitality initiatives.Monitor visitor traffic and communicate customer flow updates to management.Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as required.Ensure that high standards of presentation, professionalism, and customer service are consistently maintained.
