The Host/Hostess will greet guests warmly, manage waiting lists, and coordinate seating to ensure smooth table turnover and a positive guest flow. Responsibilities include handling reservations and inquiries, answering phone calls professionally, and providing accurate information about menus, specials, and services. The role involves working closely with serving and management teams to support service, assist with guest requests, and maintain a clean, welcoming entrance and reception area. The Host/Hostess is expected to uphold Roadhouse’s hospitality standards, represent the brand positively, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive work environment.Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming, positive experience for guests.Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for handling reservations, inquiries, and guest interactions in a professional manner.Experience with Reservations management, waiting list coordination, and basic host station procedures.Ability to remain calm and organized in busy service periods, with strong attention to detail and time management.Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant front-of-house roles preferred.Basic English language skills; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Professional appearance, reliability, and a respectful, team-oriented attitude.
