Training is planned to begin in October 2026 ahead of the venue openingin November 2026.Approximately 200 guests may arrive within a short period before each performance, meaning the Hostessteam must work quickly while remaining calm, welcoming and professional.The venue uses a dynamic zone-based seating system, so table assignments may change in real timedepending on guest arrivals, party sizes, available capacity and operational conditions.NIGHTLY OPERATING MODEL- Show 1 - Beverages & Bites: fast guest arrival, high-volume beverage service and efficient delivery of bites.- Show 2 - Full Dinner Show: approximately 3 hours with a prix fixe (pre-set) menu, guest-selected maincourses, starter, main and dessert service, plus continuous beverage service.- This is a high-paced, fast dining operation with specific service timings. Food cannot simply be deliveredwhenever it is ready. Courses must be coordinated between the kitchen, floor team and live show so guests areserved within designated operational windows.- For relevant F&B positions, previous banquet service, high-volume dining, hotel functions, events, catering,dinner shows or other timed food-service operations is strongly preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.- Verify guest reservations and ticket categories.- Understand all theatre seating zones.- Follow dynamic seating instructions from the Lead Hostess.- Escort guests to allocated tables.- Adapt immediately when table assignments change.- Never independently relocate guests between tables or zones without authorization.- Assist with approximately 200 guest arrivals during concentrated periods.- Maintain calm and professionalism when multiple guests require assistance simultaneously.- Identify and communicate VIP arrivals immediately.- Support guest queues and crowd flow.- Assist late-arriving guests.- Immediately communicate reservation or seating problems.- Maintain detailed knowledge of ticket categories and package inclusions.- Understand both nightly guest experiences: Show 1 - Beverages & Bites; Show 2 - approximately 3-hour prixfixe dinner show with guests selecting their main course.- Maintain knowledge of venue facilities, bars, lounges, restrooms and retail areas.- Maintain discretion when assisting VIP and high-profile guests.- Support guest departure and farewell.- Attend all pre-show briefings.- Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation.REQUIREMENTS- Previous Hostess, Guest Relations, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or luxury-service experience preferred.- Experience within high-volume venues is an advantage.- Excellent personal presentation.- Warm and confident communication.- Ability to remain composed under pressure.- Ability to follow rapidly changing seating instructions.- Strong memory and attention to detail.- Excellent English; additional languages are highly desirable.- Available to begin training in October 2026.COMMON STANDARDS- Support two performances each evening and understand the different service requirements of each.- Attend pre-show briefings and arrive fully groomed in approved uniform.- Respect service timing, guest sightlines and live performance cues.- Move quickly while maintaining accuracy, luxury presentation, discretion and professionalism.- Immediately communicate delays, guest issues or operational problems.- Work collaboratively across Operations, Reservations, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Technical and ShowManagement.- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding performers, celebrities, VIPs and guests.- Follow all applicable food safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, cash-handling and UAE regulatoryprocedures relevant to the position.- Support the rapid reset and transition between Show 1 and Show 2.- Deliver the speed, precision, elegance and premium hospitality expected of the Crazy Horse Paris brand.
