The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.Manage guest reservations, bookings, and seating arrangements.Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods.Answer telephone calls and respond to reservation inquiries.Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu, promotions, and facilities.Coordinate with the waitstaff, supervisors, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service.Monitor table availability and assist with efficient table turnover.Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception/entrance area.Ensure that restaurant standards and hospitality procedures are consistently followed.Assist the team with other front-of-house duties when required.Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer-service standards at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Officer, or similar hospitality role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, friendly, and confident personality.Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Presentable and well-groomed appearance.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC hospitality industry is an advantage.Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems is a plus.Candidates who are currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
