Team members join a collaborative environment that values integrity, local talent, and meaningful contributions to society.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Host/Hostess role based in Kathmandu. The Host/Hostess will warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage waitlists, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth flow of service. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations, answering phone inquiries, and providing clear information about menus, promotions, and special events. The role involves maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area, communicating closely with serving and kitchen teams, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Host/Hostess is expected to represent the Roadhouse brand through courteous behavior, reliable attendance, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.Candidates should possess solid Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to manage inquiries, reservations, and guest updates clearly and politely.Candidates should possess experience or comfort with managing Reservations and guest seating arrangements in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Candidates should possess the ability to remain calm under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Candidates should possess basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or POS systems; prior experience in restaurants or hotels is an advantage.Candidates should possess reliability in attendance, a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and proficiency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
