The Host/Hostess welcomes guests, manages the waiting list, and coordinates seating to ensure a smooth and efficient flow in the dining area. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations, answering phone calls, providing accurate information about the venue, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. The role also involves supporting the service team, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience from arrival to departure. The Host/Hostess is expected to uphold Blue Limits Group’s hospitality standards and contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact positively with guests and team members.2 Years previous experience Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing reservations.Experience with reservation systems and guest list management, including organizing seating plans and waitlists.Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant front-of-house roles is preferred.Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming and presentation standards.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation.Basic English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
