Set on the shores of Jumeirah Beach Residence, it captures the relaxed yet vibrant mood of Mediterranean life, with sun-soaked days by the pool, private cabanas, and the beachfront.We are looking for a warm and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests on arrival, confirming reservations, day passes, and cabana bookings.Manage walk-in flow and waitlist during peak periods, keeping guests informed of wait times.Allocate and escort guests to sunbeds, cabanas, and seating, handing over to the service team.Coordinate with the floor and reservations teams to ensure cabanas and sunbeds are ready on time.Keep an accurate view of cabana, sunbed, and table availability throughout the day.Handle guest queries and minor concerns at the entrance, escalating where needed.Welcome families and groups warmly, in line with Azure's whole-family positioning.Maintain a polished, professional presence at the entrance at all times.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Hostess within beach clubs, hotels, restaurants, or high-end hospitality venues.Warm, professional manner suited to a family-inclusive premium venue.Strong organizational skills under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.Comfortable using reservation and table management systems.Good English communication skills; Arabic or Russian an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
