You will support the Team Leader, Assistant Manager, and Outlet Manager in planning and organizing the daily guest seating process, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.You will also provide hands-on support to the Food & Beverage team, delivering quality service and efficient guest flow in line with the hotel’s operating standards.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international hospitality environmentHotel School Degree or Diploma (or equivalent)Preferably with Upselling skills, WSET Level 1, and HACCP trainingMust be knowledgeable in Micros system and MS Office applications
