The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality in a premium fine-dining environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.Manage reservations, guest seating, and waiting lists efficiently.Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required.Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating and table turnover.Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant.Assist with birthday celebrations, private dining, and special guest arrangements.Maintain the entrance, reception, and waiting area to luxury hospitality standards.Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate special requests.Ensure a professional, welcoming, and personalized guest experience.Experience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RestaurantAdditional RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a premium restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment is preferred.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a positive attitude.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Good command of English; Bangla communication skills are essential.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Experience with restaurant reservation systems will be an advantage.Job LocationDhaka
