Hostess – KIGO, Four Seasons DubaiFundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced Hostess to join our team at KIGO, our Japanese Omakase restaurant concept located at Four Seasons Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all guests.Manage reservations, guest enquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently.Communicate confidently with Japanese-speaking guests and provide an exceptional level of service throughout their experience.Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant concept, menu, and guest experience standards.Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.Build positive relationships with returning and VIP guests, recognising preferences where applicable.Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and promptly.Maintain the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a similar front-of-house role, ideally within a luxury or fine-dining environment.Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory.Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or familiarity with Japanese dining culture is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong guest relations and organisational abilities.Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.Willingness to relocate to Dubai, if currently based internationally.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Work Visa and Medical Insurance.Meals on duty.30 days of paid annual leave.Joining flight ticket for international candidates.Return flight tickets to the home country annually or biennially, depending on the position.Opportunities for growth, learning, and development within the company.Who Are We?Established in 2011, Fundamental Hospitality is a UAE born company that unifies the regions leading lifestyle concepts.
