Hostess - Night Club Experience

Vibes Night Club is looking for a professional, confident, and well-presented Hostess to join our dynamic nightlife team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests, managing seating and reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their visit.Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.Manage guest arrivals, reservations, table bookings, and seating arrangements efficiently.Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide assistance as required.Provide guests with information regarding the venue, events, promotions, and available services.Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate manager when necessary.Maintain excellent communication with VIP guests and provide a high level of personalized service.Ensure the entrance and hostess area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, appearance, and professional conduct.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Receptionist, or similar hospitality role is preferred.Experience in a nightclub, lounge, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue is an advantage.Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy nightlife environment.Immediate joiners are preferred.Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month
