Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.We are looking for a warm and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, confirming reservations and seating accordingly.Manage the waitlist and walk-in flow during peak periods, keeping guests informed of wait times.Coordinate with the floor and reservations teams to ensure tables are ready and seating flows smoothly.Escort guests to their tables and hand over to the assigned service team.Route VIP and priority guests to the Guest Relations Manager for personalized hosting.Maintain an organized, accurate view of table status and availability throughout service.Handle guest queries and minor concerns at the door, escalating where needed.Maintain a polished, professional presence at the entrance at all times.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Hostess within hotels, restaurants, or high-end hospitality venues.Warm, professional, guest-facing manner suited to a premium venue.Strong organizational skills, particularly under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.Comfortable using reservation/table management systems.Good English communication skills; Arabic, French, or Russian an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
