Hakubo by Chinawhite values collaboration, reliability, and a strong work ethic, providing opportunities to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.Role Description The Hostess Server role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations via sevenrooms, and providing table service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously. The role also involves coordinating with the serving and kitchen teams, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and processing payments accurately. The Hostess Server is expected to uphold Hakubo by Chinawhite’s service standards, resolve guest concerns professionally, and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with guests.Seven rooms knowledge.Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with hosting, serving, bar, and kitchen staff.Basic technical aptitude (C++ knowledge is a plus but not required) and comfort using reservation or point-of-sale systems.Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
