Position: Business Analyst Lead (BA Lead – CRM & Sales Intelligence Platforms)Client / Partner: Advanced Sales Intelligence & Cloud Platform Innovator (Confidential Client)Location: Hanoi (Full-time)Compensation & Benefits: Executive-level salary package, performance bonuses, and clear leadership growth pathwaysROLE OVERVIEW & CLIENT PROFILE:We are partnering with an enterprise technology firm based in Hanoi that is engineering next-generation, AI-native CRM and Sales Intelligence platforms. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Lead to interface directly with Board Members and C-level executives to define core product vision and AI-enabled business workflows.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESC-Suite Advisory & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner directly with the Board of Directors, C-suite executives, and business divisions to define and align CRM business requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.Core Application & AI Roadmap: Steer CRM core business logic and design the integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities into commercial business processes.Team Leadership & Delivery Management: Lead, mentor, and allocate work across a team of 3–5 Business Analysts; collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering leads to translate business needs into product roadmaps.Documentation & UAT Leadership: Author, review, and approve critical business artifacts (BRD, SRS, Backlog, Wireframes, ERD); oversee UAT strategy and lead customer system handovers.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including a proven track record leading teams of 3–5 members.Experience successfully delivering at least one comprehensive CRM implementation (B2B CRM strongly preferred) or large-scale enterprise business platform.Hands-on exposure to AI-integrated or AI-native business systems.Superior negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and solution-oriented thinking skills.Strong technical background with databases, APIs, JSON structures, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
