If that's you, then please apply!Compensation: $15 - $16 hourlyQualificationsExhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredExcellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skillsComfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsResponsibilitiesNight Auditor - Full-time. Willing to work weekends.Flexible for any shifts when needed.Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step into our hotel.Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and speed to enhance guest satisfaction.Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing clear and helpful information to ensure a seamless experience.Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details to support smooth operations.Conduct nightly audits of daily transactions, ensuring all financial records are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.Monitor hotel security by observing activity in the lobby and reporting any suspicious behavior to ensure guest safety and peace of mind.Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card informationConnect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are readyTake incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requestsHandle customer complaints as necessary
