General Manager – Pre-Opening Hotel | Qiddiya, Saudi ArabiaOutstanding Pre-Opening General Manager OpportunityPlease only apply if you are currently or have been at Hotel General Manager level with Pre-opening experienceJWR is delighted to be supporting an international hotel group with the appointment of an experienced General Manager for an exciting new-build hotel development in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia.Located within one of the Kingdom's most ambitious leisure and entertainment destinations, this is a rare opportunity to lead a hotel from pre-opening through to launch, playing a key role in creating a successful operation from the ground up.The successful candidate will join during the pre-opening phase and take responsibility for building the leadership team, developing the hotel's culture and preparing the property for a successful opening in 2027.The RoleAs General Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading the hotel through its complete pre-opening journey.Recruiting, developing and inspiring a high-performing team.Creating the operational culture, service standards and guest experience.Building strong relationships with ownership and key stakeholders.Driving the commercial strategy and overall business performance.Ensuring the hotel is fully operational and ready for a successful opening.The Ideal CandidateWe are keen to speak with General Managers who can demonstrate:Current or recent General Manager experience within Saudi Arabia – essential.Fluent Arabic – essential.Proven experience within family leisure, resort or destination-led hospitality.Experience working for an international hotel company or recognised global brand.Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian hospitality market.Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with ownership.Previous hotel pre-opening experience would be highly advantageous.A hands-on, engaging leadership style with a passion for developing people and building strong hotel cultures.The PackageA competitive expatriate package is available in the region of SAR 40,000–45,000 net per month, inclusive of expatriate benefits.Schooling support may also be considered where appropriate.ApplyIf you are an experienced General Manager currently operating within Saudi Arabia and are looking for an exciting pre-opening challenge in Qiddiya, we'd love to hear from you.Please apply in confidence with your latest CV to James Webber Recruitment.
