Hotel Manager / Accommodations manager [ Emarati Talent ]

Role : Accommodation/Hotel Manager [Emarati Talent pool]Location : Ajman-UAESalary : AED 30000-35000 all inclusiveResponsibilities :Managing overall day-to-day operation of the property, accommodations ensuring a high standard of guest service, efficient accommodation & Facility operations, employee performance, and financial results. The role involves managing front office, housekeeping, guest relations, maintenance coordination, and other operational functions to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive guest experience.Key Role:Oversee the daily operations of the hotel/accommodation facility.Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints or concerns.Manage front office, reservations, housekeeping, and accommodation-related operations.Monitor room availability, occupancy, check-ins, check-outs, and room standards.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff while maintaining high performance standards.Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.Monitor operating costs, budgets, revenue, and departmental performance.Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, licensing, and company requirements.Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to service quality.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers when required.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support occupancy and revenue targets.Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management/owners.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.Required Skills & QualificationsMust have a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in hotel, serviced apartment, resort, or accommodation management.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer-service and communication skills in English and arabic.Email Cvs to zeena@hirerightt.com
