The organization is dedicated to creating iconic hospitality landmarks, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering sustainable growth across the region.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager role based in Riyadh. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards. Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling and performance, monitoring occupancy and revenue, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to drive bookings and corporate business. The role will also involve budget planning, cost control, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Hotel Manager will handle key guest relations issues, resolve escalated concerns, and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Qualifications Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized hospitality experiences.Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, including cost control, revenue monitoring, and basic financial reporting.Experience in hotel sales and business development, including corporate accounts, events, and occupancy optimization.Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including service standards, menu coordination, and quality control.Familiarity with front desk and receptionist duties, including reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and use of hotel management systems.Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity.Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions under pressure.Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
