Travel a lot.” Professionals joining the team can expect a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and premium experiences.Role Description The Hotel Manager role at The Luxe Nomad can be confirmed as either full time or on contract and is an on-site position based in Niseko. The Hotel Manager oversees daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping coordination, and food and beverage services to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role manages staff scheduling, supervises service standards, and addresses guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. The Hotel Manager is responsible for monitoring budgets, supporting sales initiatives, and optimizing occupancy and revenue while maintaining the property’s premium brand. The position also involves collaborating with regional and corporate teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and continuously improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.QualificationsStrong customer service skills with experience delivering high-quality, guest-focused hospitality.Proficiency in budgeting and basic financial management, including cost control and revenue tracking.Experience in sales or revenue-driving activities within hotel or vacation rental environments.Hands-on knowledge of food & beverage operations and coordination with kitchen and service teams.Competence in receptionist duties, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest communication.Previous experience in hotel management, property management, or a similar leadership role.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with effective interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.Comfort working on-site in Niseko, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed.Proficiency in English; additional language skills (especially Japanese) are an advantage.Relevant qualification in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred.
