Apply & track with Apply EdgeOne of Dubai's prestigious Five-Star Luxury Hotels is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property and ensure the highest standards of luxury service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.The successful candidate will be a hands-on hospitality leader with strong experience across both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage Operations, combined with a proven ability to drive service quality, team engagement, revenue growth, and overall hotel performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless coordination across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Recreation.Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality and personalized service.Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with the General Manager and department heads to execute operational strategies and achieve business objectives.Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including guest satisfaction, quality scores, profitability, productivity, and service delivery.Lead, coach, and develop department managers to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.Support budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization efforts.Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance requirements.Drive operational efficiency, service enhancements, and guest experience initiatives throughout the hotel.Handle guest feedback and service recovery matters to maintain exceptional satisfaction levels.Candidate ProfileMinimum 8-12 years of progressive luxury hospitality experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role.Proven experience managing high-volume luxury hotels or resorts.Strong operational background in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage Operations.Solid knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide Standards and LQA requirements.Demonstrated success in leading multicultural teams and driving employee engagement.Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of improving hotel performance and guest satisfaction.Experience with hotel openings, renovations, repositioning projects, or operational transformations is advantageous.Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Ideal CandidateA passionate luxury hospitality professional with a hands-on leadership style, strong operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.
