The successful candidate will have a strong Sales & Marketing background, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, enhance guest experiences, and lead high-performing teams. Reporting to senior management, the Hotel Manager or General Manager will oversee all aspects of the resort, including Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, financial performance, and associate engagement, while ensuring exceptional service and achieving business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.Drive exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and service excellence.Collaborate with department heads to achieve operational goals, financial targets, and business objectives.Develop strategies to improve revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and overall property results.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and the local community.Identify market opportunities and support initiatives to strengthen the resort’s positioning.Lead, coach, and develop associates to create a positive and high-performing culture.Ensure effective training, engagement, and talent development across all departments.QualificationsProven experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, or Resort Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment.Strong commercial background in Sales & Marketing with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, market share, and business performance.Solid understanding of hotel operations with the ability to lead and oversee all operational departments effectively.Experience managing hotels or resorts in Thailand or similar destination markets is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of local market trends, distribution channels, revenue strategies, and guest expectations.Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and achieving financial targets.Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.Ability to build strong relationships with owners, corporate offices, travel partners, and local communities.Excellent command of English and Thai, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Thank you!
