Work Performed:1. Supports implementation of service standards and systems that reflect Zehnder’s vision, mission, core values, and which meet or exceed the expectations of the guest. Supports all efforts in maintaining the property as the #1 market leader.2. Assists the Director of Hotel Operations in overseeing and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently implemented.3. Clearly and effectively communicates property goals to entire Hotel staff. Maintains regular communications with corporate support departments including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Maintenance.4. Demonstrates daily guest service successes and ensures “Every Guest Leaves Satisfied”.5. Assists in budget tracking, reporting, and preparation under the direction of the Director of Hotel and Waterpark Operations.6. Helps monitor and optimize room revenue and occupancy through collaboration with the Director and departmental supervisors.7. Responsible for maintaining margins and efficiency costs of producing goods and services.8. Conducts regular accountability meetings with managers, supervisors, and staff. Makes regular physical property site tours and attends other meetings as assigned or directed.9. Trains and develops key supervisory and front-line employees.10. Develops working knowledge of and manages hotel departments including Sales, Front Desk, Call Center, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Computer Systems and Administration.11. Participates in community organizations and industry associations as directed.12. Maintains all property emergency procedures with the property management team and staff to ensure a safe environment for our guests and employees.13. Maximizes cross marketing opportunities at all four divisions and professionally represents Zehnder’s brand, its vision, mission, and core values.14. Performs other duties as assigned or directed.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.Experience: 6-10 years of hospitality experience, including 2-5 years in a leadership role.Other Requirements:Professional appearance and demeanorProven leadership and communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAvailability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPreferences:Fluency in Opera, our property management systemUnderstanding of Micros, our point-of-sales system
