The owners are looking for an exceptional Operation Manager to lead the hotel team and shape the guest experience.The roleYou will oversee every aspect of daily operations: front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance and reservations. You will set the service standard, inspire the team and take ownership of the hotel's financial performance, reputation and long-term growth.Key responsibilitiesLead, train and motivate a team of 15-20 staff, building a strong service cultureManage revenue, pricing and distribution across OTAs and direct channelsControl budgets, costs and payroll to meet profitability targetsMonitor guest satisfaction and online reviews, and act on feedbackEnsure compliance with hospitality, health & safety and labour regulationsManage suppliers, contractors and maintenance planningWork closely with the owner on strategy, marketing and continuous improvementWhat we are looking for5+ years of hotel management experience, ideally in a boutique or independent propertyProven track record in revenue management and cost controlExcellent English and Greek; other languages are an advantageHands-on experience with PMS, channel managers and booking platformsOutstanding leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsA guest-first mindset, with attention to detail and a calm, solutions-oriented approachFlexibility to be present when the hotel needs youWhat we offerA competitive salary with performance-based bonusA permanent, year-round position (no seasonal uncertainty)Real autonomy and direct collaboration with the ownerThe opportunity to build and lead a team in a growing Athens propertyTo applySend your CV and a short cover letter.
