The Hotel Receptionist will greet guests on arrival, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and provide prompt, courteous assistance at the front desk. Responsibilities include handling room reservations and modifications, answering and directing phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism and empathy. The Hotel Receptionist is expected to uphold Radisson Blu service standards, maintain a polished front desk environment, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient guest experience.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide courteous, guest-focused service.Experience with receptionist duties, including check-in/check-out, front desk operations, and basic administrative tasks.Knowledge of reservations processes, room allocation, and booking systems.Professional phone etiquette and confident handling of incoming calls and guest requests.Clear and effective communication skills, both spoken and written.Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is highly beneficial.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Proficiency with basic computer systems; familiarity with hotel PMS software is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education or training is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
