Hotel Sales Manager

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced hospitality sales professional. We are also open to candidates with experience suitable for a more senior position, such as Hotel Sales Manager or Sales & Reservations Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of the hotel’s room inventory to tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients and individual guestsNegotiate and conclude contracts with business partnersManage reservations and coordinate closely with the Front Office / Reception teamManage online sales channels, including Booking.com, Expedia and other platformsDevelop new markets, with a particular focus on Western EuropeMonitor occupancy and room rates and prepare regular sales performance reportsQualificationsPrevious experience in hotel sales, hospitality or tourismKnowledge of PMS and online booking/sales platformsExcellent command of English; Russian is an advantageStrong communication, sales and negotiation skillsHighly organized, self-motivated and results-orientedTo learn more details or show interest, please send your CV to careers@montecasa-hotel.com
