Hotel Sales Manager

Candidate ProfileA degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.5–7 years of relevant experience for the Manager level, preferably in an upscale hotel, luxury boutique property, resort, DMC, or a similar hospitality business.For the Assistant Manager level, 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality sales or a related field.Proven experience in hotel sales, business development, account management, or travel trade sales.Sound knowledge of travel-trade relationships, hotel distribution channels, sales planning, and revenue management principles.An established network of travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients, or other relevant industry partners would be an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills, with an excellent command of English.A commercially focused, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.Strong planning, organizational, reporting, and client management skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings, sales visits, trade engagements, and business development activities.
