This role is responsible for maintaining clean, well-presented guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and restocking amenities. The Housekeeping GSA handles laundry duties such as washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens, towels, and uniforms. The role includes responding to guest requests, addressing concerns courteously, and coordinating with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Housekeeping GSA follows safety and hygiene standards, participates in training, and supports the housekeeping supervisor in daily operations.Qualifications Strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and attention to detail.Experience with laundry operations, such as washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens and guest items.Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.Ability to participate in and benefit from training, and to follow established procedures and standards.Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in hospitality environments.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as part of daily duties.Prior experience in resort or hotel housekeeping is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
