Role Description The House Manager role at Private HIN Indian Family is a full-time, on-site position based in Shorooq Mirdif Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The House Manager will oversee the daily operations of a residence, ensuring smooth functioning of household services and a high standard of comfort and hospitality. Responsibilities include supervising household staff, coordinating schedules, managing vendors and service providers, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization across the property. The role involves planning and overseeing meal preparation, assisting with cooking as needed, and ensuring that guests and residents receive attentive, professional service. The House Manager will also handle inventory management, basic budgeting for household expenses, and address any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to manage household staff and oversee day-to-day operations.Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with residents, guests, and service providers.Candidates should possess Training and mentoring capabilities to guide and develop household team members.Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a high-quality, hospitality-oriented environment.Candidates should possess basic to advanced Cooking skills to support meal planning and preparation when required.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospitality or luxury household management, strong organizational and time-management skills, discretion and confidentiality, proficiency with basic household budgeting and scheduling tools, and fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
