Team members join a culture that prioritizes client goals, discretion, and seamless, high-quality experiences.Role DescriptionThe House Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, supporting a private local family and overseeing the complete day-to-day operations of the residence.The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring the household operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, service, and presentation. The role requires a highly responsible and hands-on individual who can independently manage household employees, family vehicles, maintenance, vendors, and daily household services.The position involves supervising and coordinating all household staff, including drivers, housekeepers, nannies, and other domestic employees; assigning duties and schedules; monitoring performance; and providing training and guidance to ensure consistent service standards.The House Manager will also oversee household maintenance and repairs, coordinate with contractors and service providers, manage household supplies and inventory, and ensure that all property facilities and equipment are properly maintained.A key responsibility will be managing the family’s vehicles and related requirements, including cleanliness, servicing, maintenance, registration, and coordination with drivers and external service providers.The House Manager will serve as a trusted point of contact between the family, household employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring that all matters are handled professionally, efficiently, and with complete discretion.The role may also require travel with the family, both within the UAE and internationally, depending on the family’s requirements. The successful candidate must therefore be flexible and willing to travel when required.QualificationsProven experience as a House Manager, Household Manager, or similar senior household position.Previous experience working with a UAE/local family is mandatory.Strong experience supervising and managing multiple household employees.Excellent leadership, staff-management, and training skills.Ability to recruit, train, coach, and monitor household staff when required.Strong knowledge of household operations, cleanliness, organization, and service standards.Experience managing household maintenance, repairs, contractors, and service providers.Experience overseeing family vehicles, drivers, servicing, and maintenance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with principals, family members, guests, employees, vendors, and contractors.Fluent Arabic is mandatory.Good command of English is required.Willingness and ability to travel internationally with the family when required.Flexible regarding working arrangements and family travel schedules.Highly organized, proactive, practical, and detail-oriented.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrated reliability, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced private household environment.Experience in luxury residences, private households, hotels, or high-end hospitality is an advantage.Basic to intermediate cooking or meal-planning experience is an advantage.Candidates currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately are preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salaryAccommodation providedLong-term opportunity with a private local familyProfessional and respectful working environmentThis position is ideal for an experienced House Manager who is capable of taking full ownership of household operations and ensuring that every aspect of the residence, staff, vehicles, maintenance, services, and family travel requirements is managed to the highest standard.
