Operations Manager – Private Estate (UHNWI)Location: Dubai Hills, DubaiArrangement: Live-outNationality: Any (Russianspeaker required)Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month, based on experienceCosurger Global Partners is hiring an exceptional Operations Manager to support the running of a private estate for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family. This role calls for a polished, discreet professional who delivers the highest standard of service without being intrusive.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day upkeep of the estate properties to the highest standardManage Planned Preventative Maintenance scheduling and prioritize all maintenance requestsBook, supervise and follow up on external contractors and service providers (repairs, renovations, landscaping, specialist trades), keeping work on time, on budget and with minimal disruptionSupervise and train maintenance techniciansWrite and update maintenance reports, procedures and documentationCoordinate with the Butler, Kitchen and Maintenance teams so operations run seamlesslyHandle stock-taking, inventories and receiving deliveriesLook after the family’s dogs, including walking schedules, grooming, health records, treatments and vet visitsEnsure full compliance with health and safety, fire safety and incident reporting proceduresRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in a UHNW household, private estate, 5-star hotel or similarFluent written and spoken Russianand English (mandatory)Absolute discretion and confidentialityA sharp eye for detail and impeccable personal groomingGood general fitnessFlexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays at short noticeAble to work both independently and as part of a wider teamOpen to occasional international travelThis is a demanding, high-pressure role.
