House Manager (Private household)

Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of three private villas. Coordinate all maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers. Manage household budgets, expenses, and vendor payments. Arrange travel, bookings, and logistics for the family as required. Supervise household staff including cleaners, gardeners, and drivers. Manage inventory, supplies, and household purchasing. Handle any household issues that arise, resolving them quickly and efficiently. Maintain schedules and coordinate with the Personal Caretaker regarding the elderly lady's needs. Ensure the properties are well-maintained, secure, and presentable at all times. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Experience managing maintenance, vendors, and household staff. Ability to manage budgets and household expenses. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with family members and staff. Discreet, trustworthy, and professional. Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities. Good command of English.
