The professional in this role will provide structured educational support to Emirati learners within a home environment, including planning and delivering daily lessons aligned with relevant curricula and learning objectives. Responsibilities include assessing learner progress, adapting teaching methods to individual needs, and maintaining an organized and engaging learning space. The House Teacher will communicate regularly with parents or guardians about academic development, collaborate on educational plans, and ensure that learning activities respect Emirati culture and values. Additional tasks may include preparing learning materials, supervising study routines, and coordinating with external schools or educational providers where necessary.Qualifications Strong instructional and classroom management skills, with the ability to design and deliver age-appropriate lessons in a home-based setting.Experience in tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, including support for diverse academic needs and abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with learners, parents or guardians, and external educators.Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly regarding Emirati traditions, values, and social norms.Ability to plan, organize, and maintain a consistent daily learning schedule, including tracking progress and providing regular feedback.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or relevant training is preferred.Previous teaching or tutoring experience, ideally with Emirati learners or in the UAE education context.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic
