Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Household Staff member to join a private family supporting a household of 4 adults and 2 children.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily household duties and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the private residence.Support the family with general household requirements and service.Assist with children-related household routines when required.Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.Work closely with the principals and other household staff as required.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience working in private households, luxury hospitality, yachts, or similar environments.Yachting background is welcome.Proven ability to work professionally around VIP/HNW families.Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.Candidates must demonstrate longevity and stability in previous positions.Flexible, reliable, well-presented, and comfortable working as part of a private household team.
