This role ensures that all clinic areas meet high standards of hygiene, organization, and safety in compliance with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities:Clean, sanitize, and maintain all patient care areas, offices, waiting rooms, restrooms, and common areasEnsure proper disposal of waste, including medical and non-medical waste, following safety protocolsMaintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and equipmentMonitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materialsReport any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to the Clinic Operations ManagerFollow infection control procedures and hygiene standards as per clinic policy and UAE healthcare regulationsAssist in setting up rooms for procedures or patient consultations when requiredSupport the smooth operation of the clinic by ensuring a tidy, organized, and professional environmentUnderstand, follow and support all hospital infection control programsRequirementsPrevious experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or clinical settingKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skillsPhysical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsGood English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
