Housekeeper

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee/tea, and minibar items as required.Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.Follow lost and found procedures as per hotel policy.Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantries, and assigned public areas.Respect guest privacy and comply with “do not disturb” policies.Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.Provide courteous and professional service to guests.Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
