The resort aims to create a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest through well-maintained facilities and warm service.Role Description The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas throughout Emerald Bay Resort Mirissa. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and bathrooms, changing linens, managing laundry, replenishing amenities, and reporting any maintenance issues. The role also involves interacting with guests in a professional manner, responding to requests promptly, and supporting overall resort cleanliness standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Emerald Bay Resort Mirissa.Qualifications Strong organization skills and attention to detail for room upkeep and public area maintenance.Customer service and communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members.Laundry skills, including handling linens, towels, and guest garments according to resort standards.Ability to support and participate in training to follow housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
