The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities. The role includes handling laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. The Housekeeper will report any maintenance issues, follow safety and hygiene standards, and ensure rooms meet hotel quality requirements before guest check-in. Day-to-day tasks also involve interacting courteously with guests, supporting other team members as needed, and following established procedures and training guidelines.Qualifications Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently, including cleaning, sanitizing, and linen care.Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.Good organization skills to manage daily cleaning schedules, supplies, and room priorities.Willingness to participate in training and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness and hygiene standards.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.Basic English or local language skills to understand instructions and hotel policies.
