Every stay is crafted to feel personal, effortless, and memorable, with attention to detail in service and guest care.Role Description The Housekeeper role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mustang District at DOOLWA Camps & Resorts. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-organized guest tents, cabins, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and refreshing amenities. Daily tasks include managing laundry such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and guest clothing, as well as restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues. The role also involves interacting courteously with guests, responding to housekeeping requests, and supporting the overall guest experience by ensuring spaces are comfortable and welcoming. The Housekeeper may assist with training new team members on cleaning standards and safety procedures and is expected to follow resort policies and environmental practices.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Laundry skills, including handling linens, garments, and use of cleaning equipment and detergents.Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to coordinate with team members and respond clearly to guest requests.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide polite, respectful, and helpful support to guests and colleagues.Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently, maintain orderly spaces, and prioritize workloads.Candidates should possess Training capabilities or willingness to learn and share housekeeping procedures and safety standards.Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene in a hospitality setting.Ability to work on-site in Mustang, including flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping, resorts, hotels, or camps.Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, lift moderate loads, and stand or walk for extended periods.
