• Prior experience in luxury villas, private households, palaces, hotels or high-end hospitality preferred
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene
• Polite, discreet, trustworthy and service-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy
• Relevant professional qualifications/certifications for specialist roles
