We want people who notice the details, care about quality and understand that the condition of a property can directly affect a guest’s experience.Because we specialize in holiday homes and hospitality cleaning, candidates should have proven cleaning experience within holiday homes, hotels, serviced apartments or a similar hospitality environment.Working ArrangementPosition: Cleaner – Holiday Homes & Hospitality

Location: Dubai, UAE – properties across multiple locationsMonthly salary: AED 2,750Performance bonus: Employees may be eligible for an additional performance-based bonusWorking days: 6 days per week with 1 weekly day offWorking hours and schedules will depend on operational requirements, check-ins and check-outs.The performance bonus is discretionary and not guaranteed.

It may be awarded based on factors including individual performance, attendance, productivity, cleaning quality, teamwork, client feedback and other criteria determined by ShineOn management.What You’ll DoYou will be responsible for preparing holiday homes and other client properties to ShineOn’s cleaning and hospitality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Clean and prepare holiday homes, apartments and villas for arriving guests.Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, balconies and other assigned areas thoroughly.Make beds and ensure bedrooms are professionally presented.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, surfaces and high-touch areas.Vacuum, sweep and mop floors to the required standard.Dust furniture, fixtures and other surfaces.Clean mirrors, glass and other visible surfaces without streaks or marks.Remove waste and replace bins appropriately.Replenish guest amenities and consumables according to property requirements.Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and instructions.Check your own work before declaring a property complete.Report damages, maintenance problems, missing items or unusual property conditions immediately.Handle client and guest belongings carefully and professionally.Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies safely and correctly.Help control unnecessary wastage of chemicals and consumables.Maintain cleaning equipment and report damaged equipment.Support teammates when another property or cleaner requires assistance.Attend training and continuously improve your cleaning standards.Holiday Home OperationsHoliday-home cleaning is different from routine residential cleaning.Properties often need to be completely turned around between one guest checking out and another checking in. This means quality and speed are equally important.You must be comfortable working across different locations in Dubai and adapting to changing daily schedules.There may be days when check-outs are delayed, check-ins are brought forward or an urgent cleaning is added to the schedule. We expect our cleaners to remain flexible, professional and solution-focused when plans change.Who We’re Looking ForWe want people with a genuine hospitality mindset.Candidates should have:Proven professional cleaning experience in hotels, holiday homes, serviced apartments or similar hospitality environments.Strong understanding of professional housekeeping and cleaning standards.Experience preparing rooms or properties for guests.Good attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.Ability to follow cleaning checklists and instructions.Basic English communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work across different locations in Dubai.Ability to work under pressure during busy turnover periods.Willingness to learn and accept feedback from the Team Leader and Operations Supervisor.Attitude Matters to UsExperience is important, but attitude is just as important at ShineOn.We want someone who actually enjoys cleaning and takes satisfaction from seeing the finished result.The right person is positive, reliable and willing to help.
