Housekeeper/Nanny

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper/Nanny role based in Ras Al Khaimah & Dubai. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe household environment, including daily cleaning, laundry, and basic home care duties. The Housekeeper/Nanny will support child care routines such as supervising activities, and ensuring children’s safety and well-being. Responsibilities also include preparing simple meals or snacks, maintaining household supplies, and coordinating with family members to support schedules and special events. The role may involve occasional assistance with guest service, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the home.QualificationsHousehold care skills, including Laundry and basic cleaning, with attention to detail and hygiene.Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with children, family members, and guests.Customer Service orientation, demonstrating patience, respect, and a supportive attitude in all interactions.Organization Skills to manage daily routines, household tasks, and child-related schedules efficiently.Training experience or willingness to learn and follow household guidelines, safety procedures, and childcare best practices.Previous experience as a housekeeper, nanny, or in a similar domestic role is highly beneficial.Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate reliability, and work flexible hours as needed.Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
