Buffalo Wings & Rings Dubai brings this same commitment to quality and hospitality to guests in the UAE.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper / Steward role based at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai. The Housekeeper / Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across dining, kitchen, storage, and restroom areas, following company and local health standards. Daily tasks include cleaning tables and floors, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and ensuring supplies and cleaning materials are properly stocked and organized. The role also involves supporting the kitchen and service teams by keeping workstations tidy, disposing of waste safely, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly. The Housekeeper / Steward is expected to interact respectfully with team members and guests when needed, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary safety guidelines.Good physical condition to handle long hours on your feet and lifting heavy items when necessary.Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.Candidates must be located in the UAE.
