This full-time, on-site role includes tasks such as cleaning and preparing rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring housekeeping standards are consistently met. The associate will handle laundry duties, care for linen and guest garments as required, and maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment. The role involves interacting with guests courteously, responding to service requests, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures. The Housekeeping Associate may also support new team members through on-the-job guidance and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Laundry skills, including handling, sorting, and caring for linens and guest garments.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests in a professional manner.Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a welcoming, respectful attitude.Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage housekeeping tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain orderly storage of supplies.Candidates should possess Training capabilities or a willingness to learn and support the onboarding of new team members.Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in a hotel or similar environment.Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting moderate loads, and operating housekeeping equipment safely.Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
