Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our elite hospitality team. In this role, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will embody our philosophy of luxury with purpose, delivering discreet, intuitive, and flawless service in harmony with our unique luxury environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClean, service, and maintain luxury guest suites and public areas according to established brand standards and standard operating procedures.Ensure all guest rooms are fully stocked with high-end amenities, fresh linens, and comfort items as designated by management.Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special preferences promptly, professionally, and with utmost discretion.Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team.Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, reporting shortages or discrepancies accurately.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and privacy at all times.Adhere strictly to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines across all operations.Qualifications and SkillsPrevious experience as a housekeeping attendant or associate in ab 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality environment.Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and welcoming demeanor.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to quality.Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.Certification or diploma in Hotel Management or Housekeeping Operations is an added advantage.
