Company Description Working at Sky Beach Maldives offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team in a resort-style environment, serving guests from diverse backgrounds.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based Maldives. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. Daily tasks include changing linens, handling laundry, organizing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all areas are presentable and safe. The role also involves interacting courteously with guests, responding to service requests, and supporting colleagues to maintain smooth operations. Housekeepers are expected to follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols and participate in training to uphold consistent quality.QualificationsAbility to manage both Housekeeping & Laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and proper handling of linens and guest items.Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond clearly and politely to guest requests.Customer Service skills to provide friendly, respectful, and timely support to guests, enhancing their overall experience.Organization Skills to maintain tidy work areas, manage cleaning schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.Willingness to participate in Training and apply guidance to meet cleanliness, safety, and service standards.Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety practices in all cleaning activities.Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is must. English proficiency to understand instructions and communicate with guests and colleagues.
