Team members join a growing organization committed to quality, attention to detail, and respect for the environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Attendant role based at our property in Dapoli. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to high hygiene and presentation standards. Daily tasks include making beds, changing linens, handling laundry, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-organized. The role also involves responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety and cleanliness protocols. The Housekeeping Attendant will work closely with the hospitality team to support smooth operations and deliver a consistently comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.Qualifications Ability to manage housekeeping tasks including room cleaning, linens, and Laundry services with attention to detail.Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with guests.Proven Customer Service mindset, with a focus on courtesy, responsiveness, and guest satisfaction.Good Organization Skills to prioritize tasks, maintain supplies, and keep work areas orderly.Experience in Training or willingness to learn and follow established housekeeping standards and procedures.Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or lodging environments is preferred.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift, following safety guidelines.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
