Employment Type: Full-timeJoining Date: ImmediateValid and transferable Iqama is mandatoryWe are seeking experienced Housekeeping Attendants to join the hospitality team at a high-end residential complex in Riyadh.The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards, ensuring residents receive an experience comparable to a five-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare residential units, common areas, and assigned spaces
• Maintain five-star cleanliness and presentation standards
• Replenish amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Handle linen, towels, and laundry items correctly
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and operational checklists
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items promptly
• Respond to residents’ requests professionally and discreetly
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Follow grooming, hygiene, health, and safety standardsCandidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in a five-star hotel, luxury residential complex, serviced residence, or private residence
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and respectful manner
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Available to join immediately
• Currently based in Riyadh or able to relocate immediately
• Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory
